SmartZil frees your school bell system from a fixed location (fully compatible with Android or Windows-based smart boards, computers, tablets, and phones), allowing you to manage it entirely remotely, flexibly, and securely. Before using the system, there are very important steps you must pay attention to, especially during the initial setup phase.
For your system security and ease of use, the initial login phase is highly important. Please follow these steps in order:
When you download and open the Main Bell System app for the first time, the system generates a random, temporary School Code consisting of uppercase letters (e.g., OKUL4582). The default login password for everyone is set to "1234". Make your initial login using this random temporary code and the password "1234".
When logging in with the temporary code and "1234", DO NOT CHECK the "Remember Me (Auto Login)" box! If you check this box, your device will permanently save the temporary code. Changing it later would require you to clear all app data from device settings or reinstall the app entirely.
After successfully logging in, click the "Change School Code and Password" button on the control panel. Create a unique school code for your institution and set a secure password to replace "1234".
After successfully saving your unique code and new password, close and reopen the app. When logging in with your new credentials, you can safely check the "Remember Me" option. This allows password-free access for future uses.
Your SmartZil Main System and the Mobile Remote app do not need to be on the same Wi-Fi network or use Bluetooth to communicate.
Both devices only need an active internet connection. Commands sent from the Mobile Remote (e.g., Play National Anthem or Silence Bell) reach the main system in milliseconds via secure cloud servers. Whether you are in the schoolyard or at home, you are always in control!
